BLUEPRINT
If you've ever been the strong one, the one who holds it together while unraveling inside, this space is for you. I know very well your magic, as well as the unique challenges you face that stifle your wellbeing. The path to getting unstuck isn't without complexity. There is no overnight fix. But there is a blueprint that can take on that complexity, and provide solutions that are real, relatable and relevant.
I believe that all Black women should have the opportunities to evolve into better versions of themselves. But due to the multi generational cycles we find ourselves stuck in, that better version can be hard to find. As one of the "first, few, and only"-the first to attempt to do it, among the few with the resources to pursue healing, or the only one in your family who is seeking mental health support, I can provide the tools, language, and strategies for you to move out of survival to thriving through therapy, coaching, and transformative group experiences.
This blueprint provides a future where healing is not a privilege but a standard, where Black women have access to the support, care, and resources they need to move through the world on their terms-thriving!

How We Move: From Surviving to Thriving
Using a 6-part framework to reclaim your rest, power, and peace.
My 6-part framework helps you identify how your challenges are impacting you:

Physically
Are you feeling exhausted or uncomfortable in your body? The body keeps the score sis. When we are stressed, our bodies let us know and our physical symptoms may be an indicator of other problems.

Relationally
Building fulfilling connections and relationships is essential to our mental health. But not everyone deserves access to you. Together, let's get clear on who does.

Emotionally
Black women often carry the weight of emotional labor in their relationships. Together let's build some tools to build emotional intelligence and learn how to set healthy boundaries.

Sexually
All work and no play is not it! Here, pleasure is not a luxury. It's a baseline. Black women deserve pleasure, and yet may not had a safe and sacred space to learn how to explore it or communicate their desires. Not to worry, I got you.

Spiritually
God speaks to us all differently, and still in a tone that is for our highest good. Sometimes, our struggles are a result of confusing God's voice with voices of oppression. Let's learn how to discern the two.

Professionally
Black women are underrepresented in leadership and, are often undervalued in professional spaces making them feel like imposters. Feeling the need to be "twice as good" can lead to burnout. You can lead with excellence without burning out sis. Let's learn how!
