THE BLUEPRINT-MY APPROACH
I work with Black women navigating complex personal and professional spaces, many of whom are millennials and Gen Xers raised by boomers. They inherited ways of thinking about the world, patterns for relationships, coping tools for stress, beliefs about sexual pleasure, and frameworks for spirituality, often helpful for survival but not designed for today’s demands.
Burnout, chronic stress, imposter syndrome, self-silencing, burdensome emotional labor, unhealthy boundaries, and unfulfilling relationships are common challenges my clients face, and they are often symptoms of a deeper need for new tools, strategies, and mindsets that allow them to evolve, not just survive. My approach helps clients recognize these patterns and develop the skills, ways of being, and strategies necessary to understand and express their emotional needs, advocate for their sexual and physical wellbeing, cultivate healthy, mutually respectful relationships, develop a liberating spirituality aligned with purpose, and navigate professional spaces where they are often the first, the few, or the only.
This is where the blueprint comes in. I help clients examine inherited patterns and scripts from parents, elders, and culture, what served its purpose, what to reimagine, and what to release. Together, we identify which areas need immediate attention, which have been neglected, and which have evolved. Using a six-part framework, we create actionable strategies to support every aspect of life, emotional, relational, professional, sexual, physical, and spiritualso clients can truly thrive.
The women I work with are the new blueprint. By stepping fully into their power and embodying this holistic approach, they model new possibilities for future generations, breaking cycles that no longer serve them and redefining what it means to live fully, freely, and thriving.

How We Move: From Surviving to Thriving
Using a 6-part framework to reclaim your power and peace
My 6-part framework helps you identify how your challenges are impacting you:

Physically
The grind often shows up in your body first; tension, fatigue, or discomfort are your body’s way of signaling that something needs attention. Together, we’ll focus on rest, healing, and practices that restore energy and vitality, helping you reconnect to your body’s wisdom. You’ll learn how to honor physical signals, and cultivate routines that support strength, resilience, and sustainable well-being.

Relationally
Building fulfilling connections and relationships is essential to our mental health and wellbeing. But not everyone deserves access to your energy, your time, or your heart. Together, we’ll get clear on who truly deserves a seat at your table, strengthen the boundaries that protect your energy, and cultivate connections that nourish, support, and elevate you.

Emotionally
Black women often carry everyone’s feelings at the expense of their own, shouldering emotional labor that goes unnoticed. Together, we’ll unlearn patterns of emotional suppression and step into authentic expression. You’ll gain tools to identify your feelings, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate emotional intelligence that strengthens both your inner life and your connections with others.

Sexually
All work and no play is not it! Pleasure is not a luxury, it’s a baseline. Too often, Black women haven’t had a safe, sacred space to explore their desires or communicate what truly brings them joy. Together, we’ll create that space, uncover what pleasure means for you, and build the tools to embrace, claim, and communicate it confidently.

Spiritually
God speaks to each of us differently, always in a tone that aligns with our highest good. Yet, it’s easy to confuse divine guidance with the voices of oppression, expectation, or fear. Together, we’ll create clarity, learn to discern what is truly guiding you, and cultivate practices that reconnect you with your inner wisdom and spiritual alignment.

Professionally
Black women are often underrepresented and undervalued in leadership, which can fuel imposter feelings and the pressure to be “twice as good.” Together, we’ll identify the barriers holding you back, build strategies to assert your worth, and create a roadmap to lead with excellence—without burning out.
