The LeadHERs League provides:
Empowerment Through Community: This workshop is a transformative space where Black women leaders come together to support and uplift each other. By sharing experiences and strategies, participants build a network of allies and mentors.
A Transformative Learning Experience: This 6-hour workshop is designed to help you identify and overcome personal and systemic barriers to effective leadership. Through engaging sessions and practical role-playing, you’ll gain valuable skills for navigating and transforming your professional environment.
Focus on Core Beliefs and Boundaries: We address the foundational beliefs that shape leadership styles and offer tools for establishing healthy boundaries. Our approach helps you redefine what it means to lead authentically and effectively.
Practical Tools for Conflict Resolution: Learn a structured framework for managing conflict and repairing relationships in the workplace. Our hands-on scenarios ensure you’re prepared to apply these skills in real-life situations.
