Then engage in a guided breakout session that will help you cultivate new habits to maintain a healthy independence. This session ends with a letter writing segment that will help participants reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been forgotten.

Dr. LaWanda Hill
Dr. LaWanda Hill is our host for The 360 Level Up. She is a licensed psychologist and CEO of Dr. LaWanda Hill, LLC-a mental health and wellness agency that provides the blueprint for Black women to thrive. She is a passionate and fierce leader blazing new trails in the mental health and wellness industry. She dedicates her life’s passion to the empowerment and liberation of Black women from the boardroom to the bedroom. It is from this concept that The Black Women Lead Annual Summit was born.

Dr. Dia N. Bryant
Partner, Context Matters Strategy Group
Dr. Dia N. Bryant is our special guest for the fireside chat. We're excited to center her innovative leadership that has/is disrupting the standard narrative about Black women execs and leaders. Dr. Bryant is a prominent figure in the field of education, dedicated to addressing social justice issues within the intersection of education practice and policy. Commencing her career nearly two decades ago as a New York City Teaching Fellow in Brooklyn, New York, she made significant contributions to the city’s education sector, serving in various roles such as a teacher, school founder, teacher trainer, and Special Assistant to the First Deputy Chancellor and executive director of The Education Trust–New York.
Dr. Bryant is recognized as a strategic leader with a proven track record in designing schools domestically and abroad. Her expertise encompasses various areas, including child care, advanced coursework, curriculum design, early education, and strategic advocacy. She actively contributes to professional learning through the Public Education Leadership Project (PELP) at Harvard Business School, and designs programming at higher education institutions and advises political leaders.
Her work and insights have garnered widespread recognition, featured in New York Times, Buffalo News, and Politico. Her vast achievements have earned her a place in New York City and State Education Power 100 for three consecutive years.

Dr. Bryant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kalamazoo College, a Masters in Math Education from Brooklyn College, and a Doctorate in Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Dr. Tai
Founder & CEO The Black Girl Doctor
Dr. Tai will co-facilitate the emotional wellness session and care for the hearts of queens with heavy crowns. She is a licensed psychologist and founder of The Black Girl Doctor, a completely virtual mental health practice that specializes in therapy and coaching for professional Black women and workplace wellness programming. She is a published author and has over 12 years of experience as a clinician and consultant. In addition to operating The Black Girl Doctor, she serves as a mental health consultant and advisor to organizations committed to wellness. She believes her purpose in life is to inspire people to dream bigger and is an advocate for Black Joy as a social justice issue.

Danielle Gautt, LCSW
Director of Health Equity
Danielle Gautt is a panelist for the dynamic power pivots professional wellness panel. She hails from Inglewood, California, bringing over 17 years of experience in fostering psychologically safe environments. She recognized early in her career the importance of integrating diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism into clinical practice, which led her to spearhead DEI initiatives at prestigious institutions like USC Keck School of Medicine and Stanford University. Currently serving as the Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Danielle is committed to guiding the organization towards becoming more equitable and inclusive.

Josie Pickens
Culture Critic
Josie Pickens will be a panelist and breakout session leader for the relational wellness session. She is a journalist and culture critic hailing from Houston, Texas. Josie has regularly provided timely social, cultural, and political commentary for Ebony, Essence, Bitch, Mic News, The Root, Cassius, Madame Noire, The Rumpus and more. Her thoughts have been shared on The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Guardian news sites. Pickens also hosts award-winning public conversations under her brand Love No Limit. Love No Limit serves as a community forum and storytelling project that hopes to explore love in expansive, radical, restorative, and authentic ways.

Enae Jackson-Atkins
Spiritual Leader
Enae Jackson-Atkins will be leading the spiritual wellness session. Enae studied Business Administration at the California State University, as well as Theological Studies at Aenon Bible College, and is an Accountant and Minister, commissioned by the State of California and the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. During her service in ministry, she has served as a spiritual leader, mentor, and life-coach to several youth, young adults, inmates and business owners. Additionally, Enae is an entrepreneur, and owner of two faith-based companies, Esquire Accounting Inc, and Shepherd’s Doorway.

Erica Billups Johnson
SVP and Co-creator Archetype Ascend
Erica will be sharing her expertise on the power pivots professional wellness panel. She is a Senior Vice President at Archetype and co-creator of Archetype Ascend, a division within the global agency focused on providing communications support for Black and Brown founders, executives, and VCs. With more than 17 years of experience in narrative development, executive platform building, and creative storytelling, she is passionate about uplifting, celebrating, and nurturing diverse voices in business and technology. Prior to joining Archetype, Erica served as a Vice President at Outcast, where she worked with companies across a wide range of industries, including HBO, SoFi, Pinterest, Amazon, and many more. Erica graduated from FAMU with an M.B.A. in marketing, and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Dr. Akilah
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Akilah is another stellar member of the Black Girl Doctor team, of whom your heart will be in great hands as she co-facilitates the emotional wellness session. She is a professor and psychologist in California, and works in private practice at the Black Girl Doctor, providing therapy, coaching and corporate wellness to professional Black women. She has over 14 years of clinical experience, specializing in child psychology, parenting, maternal mental health, relationships, and work-life harmony.

Teagan Rose
Fitness Coach
Teagen will be helping you to MOVE YOUR BODY GIRL!! Teagen is a fitness coach in Los Angeles California who is passionate about training. After Losing his morbidly obese brother to complications, he took a vow to make fitness his priority and ensure he never saw that happen again. With over 12 years of training experience, Teagen is the fitness coach that is qualified and ready to take you to the next level.

Vasti Marcelo
Associate Director, BrainStation
Vasti Marcelo will be a panelist and breakout leader for the relational wellness session. She is the Associate Director at BrainStation, a global leader in digital skills training empowering businesses and professionals to succeed in the digital age. With over 15 years of experience, she is passionate about quality education across modalities, generation, and industry. She prides herself on being balanced in her womanhood, motherhood, and wifehood, all while maintaining a strong sense of her professional self.

Neidy Hornsby
Founder & CEO, Noir IP
Neidy Hornsby is the attorney you want to hear from on the power pivots professional wellness panel. She is a wife, homeschooling mom of three, and Founder and CEO of Noir IP. Noir IP is a business and trademark law firm unapologetically focused on helping female founders safeguard, leverage, and monetize their intellectual property.

Tamara Cooper
Senior Grant Architect
Tamara will be a panelist and breakout leader fro the relational wellness session. She is an educator of 25 years, and her career has always been focused on improving the lives of marginalized and underserved individuals. She currently serves as a Grant Management and Compliance professional for a National non-profit overseeing $20M in federal grants. Tamara will be sharing her journey of fully embracing her authentic self, reframing faith practice, and navigating family & challenging circumstances.

Dr. Faith Kazmi
Associate Dean and Director, Stanford Women's Center
With over 20 years of higher education experience, Dr. Faith Kazmi has spent the majority of her career at the Stanford Women’s Community Center, where she serves as the Associate Dean and Director. Her work has focused on issues of gender, equity, identity, and justice. Faith is a strong believer in collaborative efforts towards liberation, care, and justice and is deeply committed to her direct work with students. Faith has faced many pivot points in her life, from pursuing higher education, to navigating her career journey, and pursuing her creative passion. After focusing on what mattered most, she pursued her creative path writing children’s books with clarity and a full heart. Her debut picture book, BOX OF DREAMS, comes out on May 7, 2024 published by HarperCollins.
