A necessary paradigm shift
I had the privilege to to present on Anti-Black Racism in Health Care at grand rounds within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). This grand round session illuminated the anti-black racism that plagues health care and subsequently leads to disproportionate negative health outcomes for Folxs who identify as Black.
